My son Max wrote me a note praying for peace in Israel, and I proudly placed it in the Kotel, or the western wall of the ruins of the Old Temple in Jerusalem. The pride I felt at this moment as a father and as a Jew can not be described. size: 26K |

We pulled into Ben Gourion airport in Tel Aviv, Israel and walked out of our plane just in time to see a beautiful sunset and a lovely moonrise over the tail of our airplane. size: 27K |

We stopped at Mount Scopus on the way to the hotel for a quick blessing and acknowledgement of the magnitude of our mission. It was very moving, and very cold! size: 24K |
